The open plan kitchen & dining area are fully fitted with all modern amenities including dishwasher, microwave and washing machine/tumble drier.

The living room & sun-lounge offer excellent views of Kenmare Bay. There is a TV and video player.

The sitting area has a Log Stove. Fuel for the fire, on request.

The house uses Gas Central Heating & Electricity. Gas & Electricity are charged per unit of usage.

Garden Furniture, B.B.Q & travel cot available.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom, with king-size bed & bathroom en-suite, includes a reading/meditation area which looks onto the bay. Pine fitted wardrobe.

2nd double bedroom, en-suite with shower room. Pine fitted wardrobe.

3rd bedroom has two single beds.

3rd bathroom with shower is off the hallway. Pine fitted wardrobe.

All rooms fitted with wooden floor and tiles.
